RULES AND REGULATIONS
FOR AFFILIATION OF OVERSEAS INSTITUTE
CATEGORY (A)
The ITES will conduct Theory Examination only and not Practical test.
Final Certificate will be issued to the successful candidates and will be labeled as “ THEORY ONLY”.

AFFILIATION FEES
1. Affiliation fee $2000 (U.S. Dollars) plus $100 per faculty.
2. Inspection – No inspection will be carried out.
3. Renewal of Affiliation fee $100 per faculty per year.
EXAMINATION FEES
1. Examination fee for Theory Paper $40 per paper, provided the number of the students is 20 or if the number of the students is less, the institute will have to bear the difference.
2. Institute sponsoring candidates will have to arrange for Theory Examination Centre. No centre charges will be paid to them by ITES.
3. Principal / Director of the Institute concerned will have to make arrangements to conduct Examinations. All the expenses to be borne by the institute.
4. The Principal of the institute will be incharge and is responsible in ensuring smooth conduct of Examination.
5. Appointment of Supervisor will be done by the Principal in consultation with the ITES or the ITES will, if possible, directly depute a Supervisor.
6. All the Answer Books will be sealed and sent by Airmail to the ITES office by the Principal immediately the Theory Examinations are over. The Supervisor will have to send the report of Examiners to the ITES office.

CATEGORY (B)
The ITES will conduct complete examination I.E. Theory and practical examinations.

AFFILIATION FEES
1. Affiliation fee $2000 (U.S. Dollars) plus $100 per faculty.
2. Inspection fee $200
3. Renewal of Affiliation fee $100 per faculty per year.
4. Visa arrangement for a person going for inspection, his return Air Ticket and arrangements for Boarding and Lodging will have to be made and charges born by the Institute.
5. If the Inspection report is adverse, then affiliation fee and inspection fee will be forfeited.
EXAMINATION FEES
1. Examination fee for Theory and Practical Examinations will be $40 per Theory paper and $40 per Practical Examination for course, provided the number of student is 20 or if the number of students is less, the institute will have to bear the difference.
2. External Examiner’s Visa , return Air Ticket and Boarding and Lodging arrangements abroad will have to be made by the institute concerned and all the incidental expenses will have to be borne by the institute.
3. Practical and Theory Centre arrangements have to be made by the institute. No centre remuneration will be paid to the institute.
4. It will be the responsibility of the Centre Incharge (Principal) to send packets of sealed Answer Books of Theory and Practical Examinations to the ITES office in India.
RULES FOR CURRENCY TRANSACTION
All the Foreign Currency transaction will be as per the Rules and Regulations laid down by the Reserve Bank of India and government of India from time to time.
In the event of dispute, the decision of ITES will be final and binding.
